UNEMPLOYMENT HEARINGS

Being an employee can be a terrific experience or one of the worst.  Do you TRULY love your job?

Have you been fired for something that you didn't do?  Have you been fired for something that you DID do per "the boss's" instructions?  Have you been terminated from your job because you refused to do something illegal or inappropriate at your employers request?  Were you "let go" because you used too much "sick time" that you were allowed?  Are you being accused
of always being late, leaving early for "personal reasons" or under SO much pressure to perform, that the pressure does not allow you to complete the assigned tasks?  Were you forced to sign termination papers "or if you don't, we will fight your unemployment benefits"?

How about fired because of general conflicts with your boss or another co-worker yet you always get your work done? Have your yearly reviews been "excellent" and received performance raises, yet now after several years and a new boss, your performance is now below standard.  Have you been discriminated against for ANY reason?  Are you being personally ridiculed in front of other employees, customers, "ganged- up" on, or forced in any manner to SIGN disciplinary forms "or you'll be fired" without the benefit to take them home to review, and without the "bosses" standing over you or to allow an attorney to review before you sign?

Are you employed by contract?  Has the employer failed to obey the rules of the contract?
